Boxing Association of Bihar Was established in the year 2007

Secretory – Rajeev Kumar Singh
It is Affiliated to Boxing Federation of India, Bihar Olympic Association and has been recognised by the Government of Bihar.
First State, Sub- Junior, junior and senior boxing championship was held in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
4th Junior National Women Boxing Championship was held at Patna in the year 2009 for the first time in the state of Bihar.
